Instruments
Flying Shawms! Piffaro’s instrumentarium has been growing for 25 years and includes various sizes of shawms, recorders and dulcians, as well as percussion and bagpipes. Joan and Bob have been active in researching historic instruments in museums for modern reproduction and were featured in the recent Times Square Exhibition performance of a newly crafted Leonardo instrument.
